- No goods will be shipped until payment is received
- Where an item has been incorrectly charged due to a website, technical, or payment gateway error, we will;
- Refund any difference if overpaid
- Request payment by your preferred payment method if undercharged
- Offer a refund if you do not wish to pay the amount by which you were undercharged
- We will meet our obligations for any warranty, refunds and returns under NZ law
- We will assist in warranty claims with our suppliers, where there is proof of purchase from us and the fault with the item is clearly demonstrable as a manufacturer quality, material or construction issue (please ask us if you are unsure)
- Refunds will not be given for a ‘change of mind’ once the product has been shipped
