Payment/refund policies

  1. No goods will be shipped until payment is received
  2. Where an item has been incorrectly charged due to a website, technical, or payment gateway error, we will;
    1. Refund any difference if overpaid
    2. Request payment by your preferred payment method if undercharged
    3. Offer a refund if you do not wish to pay the amount by which you were undercharged
  3. We will meet our obligations for any warranty, refunds and returns under NZ law
  4. We will assist in warranty claims with our suppliers, where there is proof of purchase from us and the fault with the item is clearly demonstrable as a manufacturer quality, material or construction issue (please ask us if you are unsure)
  5. Refunds will not be given for a ‘change of mind’ once the product has been shipped
