A humble 10th placing for yours truly. Great start to the day, and then a bit of an inexplicable low scoring stage with only 3 hits, with misses trending quite high.![]()

Adopting a lower point of aim for the following stages, and trying to recover from some bruised confidence I stayed a shot or two off the pace of the nearest competitors in our squad, slowly descending into a fairly average performance compared to my first few stages.![]()

Regardless of placing (although Surplus Steel does have the coolest trophies...), it was an incredibly fun day, with a cool squad, excellent ROs and match staff / helpers, and epic summer weather.![]()

Now it's time to dust off the 22LR and start getting ready for the upcoming @sparc_22_series season, with the first match on 21 Feb. Although, I will be trying to do some load dev on 303 this year and keeping my eye in a bit in between all the rimfire matches
